Pictures Requirement
  • At least three pictures must show the horse fully (small parts hidden by the poles or standards are fine but overall movement must be seen).

  • At least one of those three pictures must be over a fence (at the jumping phase of your liking).

  • At least one of those three pictures must be in between fences (either approaching, turning, or dealing with a naughty horse).

-----

  • You may have a picture of a piece of your horse (head, hooves, rider's crop...) that may add to your story in a creative way (not mandatory)

  • You may have a picture taken off event (either showing both or just one of your riding pair (horse and rider)). It may be off or on saddle but it needs to be relevant to the story and happen during, arriving or leaving the week of the event.

Participation Rules and Turnout
  • All horses and ponies (realistic breed, mythical or made up) may enter this event. Mythical and made up breeds may not use any power to their advantage.

  • All riders (humans or otherwise) may enter this event.

  • Only one height is provided for each competition day but you may change the height of each fence to the level (your choice) of your horse (Puissance and Six bar events must follow their gradual heights rules). You may not change the colors or placement of the fences. In the event that you cannot use the courses/world provided, you may create your own (but you must follow the different events and will have to provide course maps of your lots for your entries to be taken into account.)

  • This event is about story telling and any fault you may represent in your entry are for role play only and will not affect your winning potential.

-----

  • Despite the openness of this show, appropriate saddles (jumping/allround), bridles and leg protections are required for horses and helmets, boots and clothing (pants and at the very list a shirt) are required for riders. Keep in mind this is in winter so warm clothing for your audience and your rider are expected (clipping or fur for horses).

  • All other riding tack allowed, all colors allowed.

Voting
  • Only entrants of a class may vote for their class. It is forbidden to include your entry(ies) in your vote.

  • Entrants may vote only once, regardless of the number of times they have entered.

  • In your vote, you must place each entry in accordance to best to worst (in your personal opinion) for each competition leg (entries skipping an event will have their fifth picture judged in the event they didn't enter) and overall.

  • Each placing will be worth a sum of point (first place bringing the most point). At the end of the voting, the entries will be placed in accordance to those points.

  • This event is about story telling (we are looking for creativity, beauty but also realism (watch for clipping and impossible movements)).
